Site Services is operated by Bullrush Investments LLC, 2038 S Bullrush Parkway, Lehi, UT 84043 ("we," "us"). This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions or requests can be sent through our contact form.

What We Collect

• Contact and job information you give us: name, company, email, phone, property or jobsite address, and service details.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and limited card details (such as brand and last four digits) — never your full card number.
• Service documentation: certificates, filing confirmations, and delivery or completion photos and location data provided by our providers for your job.
• Benchmarking data: building characteristics and utility usage data you provide or authorize us to obtain, used solely to prepare and submit your filing.
• Basic website data: standard server and form logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operation of the site.

How We Use It

• To quote, schedule, coordinate, document, and charge for services.
• To communicate about your quotes, jobs, filings, and account.
• To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Who We Share It With

• Assigned service providers — the information needed to perform and document your job (site address, contact on site, service details, access notes).
• Stripe — to process payments.
• Benchmarking programs and utilities — the building and energy data required for a filing you authorized.
• Authorities — where required by law or legal process.

Retention

Job, filing, and payment records are retained for seven years for tax, warranty-of-service, and regulatory record purposes, then deleted or anonymized. Contact-form messages that do not become jobs are retained for up to two years.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law) by contacting us through the contact form. Marketing emails, if we ever send them, will always include an unsubscribe option; transactional messages about your jobs are not marketing.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), a PCI-compliant payment processor, and access-limited accounts for business systems. No internet system is perfectly secure; we work to protect your information and will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.
