Site Services ("Site Services," "we," "us") is operated by Bullrush Investments LLC, 2038 S Bullrush Parkway, Lehi, UT 84043. By requesting a quote, paying for a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
Site Services coordinates services performed by independent, licensed, and insured local providers — including commercial kitchen exhaust (hood) cleaning, grease trap and interceptor pumping, roll-off dumpster rental, portable sanitation, temporary fencing, and energy benchmarking data preparation and filing support. We are your contracting and coordination point; on-site work is performed by the assigned provider, and regulatory filings are submitted under the property owner's authorization.
Quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 14 days. Prices shown on this website are typical prices for standard jobs; your binding price is the written quote for your property. If site conditions differ materially from what was described (equipment size, access, condition), we will provide a revised quote before proceeding with any additional work — no additional work is performed or charged without your approval, except documented dumpster overages under Section 5.
Services are paid in advance by card through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Your payment is collected by Site Services and released to your provider after the work is verified complete using the documentation standard for that service (service certificate, filing submission confirmation, or photo/GPS delivery record).
You are responsible for providing accurate site information and safe, lawful access to the service area at the scheduled time, including any keys, codes, escorts, or permits within your control. Placement of equipment in a public right-of-way may require a municipal permit; unless your quote states otherwise, right-of-way permits are your responsibility.
Dumpster quotes state a weight allowance and rental period. Overweight, overfill, prohibited or contaminated materials, and extended rental are charged at the hauler's documented rates plus a 10% coordination fee. By booking, you authorize Site Services to charge documented overages to your saved payment method. Supporting scale tickets or hauler invoices will be provided on request. You are responsible for ensuring only permitted materials are placed in the container.
Benchmarking services prepare and submit data you provide or authorize us to obtain. You warrant that you are the property owner or are authorized to act for the owner, and that data provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting agencies may require owner attestation or third-party verification by a qualified professional; where required, that verification is separate from our service unless expressly included in your quote. We do not provide engineering, legal, or tax advice, and filing acceptance remains subject to the administering agency.
Recurring plans renew on the schedule stated in your quote until cancelled. You may cancel future visits at any time under the Refund & Cancellation Policy; amounts already earned for completed visits are not refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including governmental fines or penalties, except where such penalties result directly from our failure to perform a filing we contracted to submit by its deadline using data you timely provided. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms; the version in effect at the time of your booking governs that booking. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
